Send a correction that can be checked
Include the page URL, the sentence or detail you believe is incorrect, your proposed correction and a source link or publication reference. For a book, include the edition and page number. For a broken link, include the destination and what happened when you opened it. You may write in English or Hindi.
When accounts disagree, explain which record supports your version. An editor can correct a documented error more readily than a general request to “change the history”.
पृष्ठ का URL, गलत लगने वाला वाक्य या विवरण, प्रस्तावित सुधार और स्रोत लिंक या प्रकाशन संदर्भ भेजें। पुस्तक के लिए संस्करण और पृष्ठ संख्या दें। टूटे लिंक के लिए गंतव्य और खोलने पर क्या हुआ, बताएं। अंग्रेज़ी या हिंदी में लिख सकते हैं।
विवरण अलग हों तो बताएं कि आपके कथन का कौन-सा अभिलेख समर्थन करता है। “इतिहास बदलें” जैसे सामान्य अनुरोध से दस्तावेज़ वाला सुधार जांचना आसान है।
Propose a family or community account
Start with a short summary, the place and period covered, the sources available and the credit you would like used. Say whether you wrote the text and have permission to share the photographs. Identify recollections separately from documented facts. Submission does not guarantee publication.
Please omit identity numbers, private addresses and personal details about living relatives unless essential and shared with their permission. Do not send original documents. Use the family-history guide or community-report guide to prepare your account. How email information is handled is described in the privacy policy.
छोटा सारांश, स्थान और अवधि, उपलब्ध स्रोत तथा इच्छित श्रेय भेजें। बताएं कि पाठ आपने लिखा है और तस्वीर साझा करने की अनुमति है। स्मृति और दस्तावेज़ वाले तथ्य अलग रखें। भेजना प्रकाशन की गारंटी नहीं है।
